"Room wasnt fully clean at check in and several times tv didnt work like at check in. Maintenance man cussing infront of my kids and commenting on race of owners/management. Had to borrow a vacuum to clean our own room. Finally started get some housekeeping the last few days of 15. Pool is down half the reason I booked cuz kids. Breakfast was poor. Cigarette butts all over and smoking by the front entrance. Several dv situations in the room next to us. Still waiting since I inquired thru Expedia several times with no answer on yes or no on a partial refund of stay. Not happy with property or Expedia!!!!!! Both poor customer service."
