“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the big tub. My favorite thing was the swimming pool and hot tub.”

“Good”

“Nice walkable neighborhood. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Location is good if you don’t want to pay downtown prices. I got downtown easily on the bus. Plenty of restaurants nearby and I felt completely safe.”

“This place is always clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings.”

Secondly, for the price of Amenities per day, should be 2 bottles of water per room. Had to go to QFC and buy water for 50 cents instead of $3 for theirs! Thirdly, I refuse to use hotel...

“Clean rooms, great communication, very smooth process”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”
