โBrand new hotel. Everything was perfect. Except, the hallway a/c was hot at 76ยฐ or more at times. The breakfast people were on top of everything. Never a mess spotted for more than a few seconds after someone left their mess in the table. The outside area was nice to relax. Indoor was nice. Lobby decor was very chic and clean. I wish I took more pictures. Definitely added to my list of favorite hotels to visit when I drive through again.โ
โThey waited for us after check-in hours, due to is being stuck in a 2 hour traffic stoppage in Dayton Ohio. Extremely nice and had us ready to go to our room to get some sleep immediately upon arrival. Great little breakfast area for a quick snack to get your day started.โ
โGreat spot for New River Gorge explorations. Mini-fridge with separate freezer in room and on-site bar/restaurant were convenient and appreciated.โ
โThe grass near the hotel should be mowed more often.
Guests drinking in the picnic area should clean up after themselves.
Overall the inside is very clean.
I would stay there again. You won't find a friendler staff.โ
โA fantastic and peaceful getaway surrounded by nature
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The area is absolutely beautiful โ peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly, helpful, and courteous, making me feel right at home.
There's no shortage of attractions...
โThe lady that checked me in was super friendly and professional. She had a lobby area packed with adults and children, and she could not have been nicer.
