โThis Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.โ
โLoved the music in the lobby! (1940โs) Great breakfast choices/variety- sausage and waffles were delicious. Lovely setting and atmosphere. beautiful outdoor courtyard. Marveled at the historic details like the woodwork and ceiling. Wonderful to have a silent air conditioner, unlike most hotels. Great area with museums and restaurants nearby but hotel it self was very quiet. Canโt wait to return for longer stay!โ
โWe booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5.
Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice. โ
โThis is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. โ
