“Such a welcoming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special mention to Soad who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay. He even organised a special treat for our son’s birthday which made it an unforgettable stay.”

“Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar”

“The location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic. In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent. However, there were some problems with payment communication. I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast. This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs. Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.”

“Management, hotel staff, and bar staff were genuinely nice and helpful people. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Great location and immaculate rooms. Don’t hesitate to stay here.”

“Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Everything about this place was terrific!!”

“This is a capsule hotel. It is good for 2-3days and the big luggage must be in a storage room. For me, I paid £16(for 24 hours) for 23kg big luggage bag. It is a new hotel.”
