깨끗하고 환경이 좋아서 출장가기 좋습니다

워낙 대표적인 호텔이라 찾기도 쉽고 아침에 산책하기에도 좋습니다.다만 1동부터 4동까지 있으니 어지로 배정되는지 미리 연락해보고 체크인하시는 것이 편하다는 것을 참고해야 겠습니다.

didn't get the room I reserved

Got an e-mail a few hours before my stay telling me that I was moved out of the building I reserved due to a conference and would be given an upgraded room. I've stayed in the hotel before so the room they gave me was smaller than the room I booked. Hotels.com was no where to be seen for help- won't book via hotels.com again.

Night Before the Marathon

The compound is big and beautiful with lots of greenery. The hotel is spread out over many buildings - we stayed in building 2. The rooms were dated. The carpet was dirty and there was an old smoke scent in the room. The hotel has lots of amenities however, be advised amenities are NOT included in the price. To use the fitness center and pool would have cost the same as the price for the stay.

The environment is excellent and area is convenient! hotel is a huge hotel complex with some buildings which impossible to find anywhere in Beijing but hotel is quite old in style which is not my preference.

A rather unique place - formerly a diplomatic compound for Russian experts in the 50’s - huge ground and space. English speaking staff... close to Universities... an interesting experience!

Comfortable old classic, but could use updating

Good service and a beautiful property. Beware that this is not the five-star main hotel, but a secondary hotel on the same property that is a four-star. Rooms are small and fixtures are pretty old, but it is comfortable. Mall across the street is also pretty old. Gardens on the property are beautiful. Easy walk to the subway. WiFi ok, but not consistent.

网上订的是怡宾楼￥537元一晚上，打印出来是贵宾楼￥637，到北京友谊宾馆住怡宾楼付贵宾楼的房价，住14天让屋内的蚊子吃了个饱。

Very close to Beijing Subway railway(2 mins walk) Very convenience! Hotel is clean and nice and comfortable, but please don’t compare with the new modern hotel! A very big recreation building with a large swimming pool, but the worst is they will knock your door for cleaning at 9am! Big shopping mall, convenience store and nice bakery in 5-10 mins walk around hotel

Improve your service!

This was not very good after I have stayed in this hotel for more than over 10 trip stays in the same hotel. I liked the hotel very much because of its gardens. When I booked my room, it said one thing. When I checked in, they told me there were some misunderstandings. I ended up paying more. Their staff was not nice either.

Hotel needs an update

The rugs were worn and dirty and the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, attentive and spoke English, and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel in U-Bahn-Nähe

Sehr gute Lage, da sich eine U-Bahn-Station in direkter Nähe befindet und man somit schnell in die Stadt und zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist okay. Wenn man sich tagsüber hauptsächlich außerhalb des Hotels aufhält, ist die Qualität der Zimmer ausreichend. Großes Frühstücksbuffet ist vorhanden.

ホテルの敷地が広く、その中に何棟もホテルが立っている。予約時にどの建物か連絡がなかったので到着後に苦労した。（結局、第4棟だった）予約時の画面に建物の番号表示がほしい。

便利で快適なホテル

目の前にはショッピングセンター（パン屋さんと色んなレストランあり）、その横にはローカルレストラン（安くて美味しいけど、中国語のみ）、歩道橋を渡ると中規模の超市（スーパーマーケット）があって便利。敷地内のFRIDAYというレストランは夜遅くまでやってて助かります。レセプションのスタッフは皆親切だけど、英語が話せない（またはあまり話せない）人がほとんど。必要最低限の会話は問題ない。部屋の設備は古くてところどころ壊れていたりするが、最低限の修理がされてて機能上は問題なし。清掃も行き届いてて綺麗。広過ぎるので友達と宿泊する場合建物が違うととっても不便。予約時に最低限同じ建物にして欲しいと伝えておくべきだと思った。無理すれば500mlのペットボトルが10本位は入る冷蔵庫があるので助かるが、パワーは弱いので冷たいのが好きなら到着したらすぐに温度調整したほうが良い。値段は高めだけど、相応なサービスのホテル。家族との旅行ならまた泊まりたい。

disappointing facility

The outside and court yard is well maintained and majestic looking. The room is clean, the first sight of the rooms is like a 4 star hotel.. However, the rooms are too small to suit for family vacation. The shower didn't work one day, toilet got stuck everyday, I was waken up by mosquito singing, and got several mosquitoes bites throughout the stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Moderately comfortable

I have stayed in the main building (number 1) and building number 4 several times. The main building is the only one to stay in. It is fully renovated and offers a degree of comfort well above the other buildings in this large complex. The bed is far superior and the rooms are large (luxurious). The grounds are very beautiful and if you like jogging, a couple of circuits will cover around 1.5km. There is a western restaurant, but the food is so-so. It is popular with local chinese, which is somewhat surprising. During my last stay at the end of August, I have grown tired of the hotel, which has become more expensive over time.

Old and tired.

A huge compound with many buildings. We stayed in building 4 Room was reasonably comfortable and fairly large but old. This must once have been a grand place, but that was a long time ago. Located in a suburb very close to a new subway station, but it takes about an hour to go to the center of Beijing (Teinanmen square etc.). There are a lot of stores and small eateries in the area.

風格のホテル

１９５４年にロシア人の学者・専門家専用のホテルとして建てられました。 古いホテルですが，リニューアルされていて，室内は快適です。 構内がとても（驚くほど）ゆったりしていて，落ち着きます。 中心街からは離れていますが，地下鉄駅に近いので移動には便利です。 空港シャトルバスもあります。 ６棟あって，棟によって部屋の広さや設備が違います。 私たちは「怡賓楼」に泊まりました。 「貴賓楼」に泊まりたかったのですが，ツインベッドルームはなく，キングサイズベッドしかないそうです。残念でした。 また，シャワーのみで，バスタブはありませんでした。 他の棟に，バスタブ付きがあるそうですが，部屋が少し古いそうです。 台風の影響で，欠航･代替便であったため，スケジュールを変更しましたが，対応もよかったです。日本語の上手なフロントさんがいて安心でした。
