Security might be a problem

I had a faulty cupboard door which wasn't a problem for me as I didn't use it. What was the problem was the repairmen entered my room without the hotel noticing me. I happened to return to my room in the middle of the day and saw them in the midst of repairing the door. My laptop and stuff were left on the table as I did not expect anyone to enter my room, it's a good thing nothing was lost.There wasn't any safe in the room to begin with. Wifi didn't work as well, I had to pull the ethernet cable from the router to directly connect to my laptop.

Hotel sucio

El hotel es decepcionante. Hay un olor intenso a humedad. Las alfombras de los pasillos y de las habitaciones están manchadas y se aprecia que no se aspiran con frecuencia. En nuestra habitación debimos solicitar que aspiraran porque no lo hacían. Encontramos en las esquinas del baño y de la habitación con polvo o tierra. Tambien nos encontramos con una cucaracha. El techo del baño estaba con moho.

good hotel but the value not complete

For Beijing I decided to book a hotel for a higher price as I expected at least one person is able to speak english however i was wrong...luckily i was with a chinese friend of mine who checked me in which was actually not the problem. When i wanted to get directions (in english or at least with the chinese app) the receptionists just starred at me and expected me to reply in english. the room was okay however there is a window but no daylight at all so it seems its always in the middle f the night no matter if you wake up or go to sleep.

値段の割に結構いいホテル

チェックインの時に予約が入ってないと少々手間取ったが部屋も値段の割に綺麗で快適でした。地下鉄の駅大钟寺は歩いて15分と少々遠いですがバス停は歩いて3分程度で便利。北京で5,000円/泊程度のホテル3件泊まりましたが一番コストパフォーマンスがいいホテルでした。強いて言えばシャワーの水圧が少し弱いくらい。従業員の態度も良かったです。

値段もちょうどで快適なホテル

グレードアップされましたので感動です。ホテル内の安全性、清潔感とても抜群です。特に、周辺にはスーパーもあり、食事する場所がたくさんありますので、とても便利です。駅からはかなり離れてますので、交通は少し不便です。タクシーを利用するしかありません。

Cheap hotel with good service in Beijing

You cannot expect this kind of 4-star (locally-run) hotels in Beijing to be identical to the 4-star international brand hotels. Staff are polite and respect customers. You may not be treated as a customer if some cheap hotels.

Trevligt men avlägset.

För priset är hotellet okej men det finns inte mycket att göra i närheten. Tyvärr ligger hotellet något avlägset om man vill använda offentlig transport. Det tar ca 15-20 minuter att gå till tunnelbanan men det går bussar alldeles i närheten. Dock avråder jag från att ta bussen i Beijing, speciellt under sommarmånaderna. Hotellet är ganska slitet och det är lyhört men sängen var bekväm. Servicen var över förväntan och all personal som jag träffade under de sju dagar jag bodde på hotellet var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Det verkar alltid finnas en personal som kan engelska men denne befinner sig inte alltid i receptionen så man kan få vänta en stund om man behöver hjälp och inte kan mandarin. För övrigt finns det många billiga restauranger i området då det ligger ett antal universitet just i den här delen av staden.

Reasonable hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights. The hotel was clean and tidy with an ample size room. We were disappointed that our room had no window to the outside world, so it was difficult to tell if it was morning, noon or night or what the weather conditions were like outside to prepare suitable clothing. The hotel was a little noisy on a Saturday evening but that's to be expected and on occasions there was a smell of smoke again this was more noticeable during the weekend. There was limited English at the hotel and we found this difficult to book taxis or to get information, also the onsite restaurant has no English nor English menus. The surrounding area also had no English. The area itself is just ok, although taxis to and from the tourist sites and main streets were low priced in and around £4-£7 GBP.

Some upgradings needed for the room as the fixtures are relatively old. Walk to the nearest Dazhongsi subway line #13 is about 20 mins. Need to change 2 subway lines to go to Tiannamen square (line #1) and journey is about 30 mins in total. Nothing much in the neighbourhood. Good service if you speak chinese I guess. Travel time to Peking International Airport is about an hour.

Good base

Billed as 4 star. Not as high a standard as western 4 star. Bit like UK Travelodge. Very comfy bed. No window with view but window which opened into internal light well so very dark. If room with window looking out onto street is required this needs to be made clear when booking. Breakfasts good wide range buffet. Asked for non smoking room. This was a smoking room but no odour of cigarettes although occasional wafts from other rooms. If non smoking room required need to insist on it. Whole of sixth floor is billed as non-smoking floor. Staff in general very helpful.

Terrible service, not a 4 stars hotel

Cons: 1. I called 15 times before they answered the phone couple of days before my stay to check the address as isn't like shows in expedia map. 2. The staff can't talk fluent english. 3. when I was close I called 5+ times and them after half an hour of trying finally I made it. 4. When I got there they didn't check me in until 30 minutes of waiting, and processed other chinese people that arrived after me during that time. 5. They called me and knock my door at 1:00 a.m. to ask me about my country name, because when they scanned they couldn't read the name (they didn't wait until next morning or better hour to ask). 6. The carpet was old and dirty. 7. I booked non smoking, and I got a room in the smoking floor. 8. I left couple of new shampoo and conditioner (family size) and after also around 20 calls they said nothing was left in the room. 9. locations isn't very convenient. 10. Isn't a 4 stars hotel. Pros: the price and the quite good mattress.

駅から遠いが、バスが使えれば問題はない。予約した時の地図と実際の位置がちがっていた。

値段は安いが中国にしては高いかも。タオルの交換が毎日ではなかった。英語はあまり通じない。ビジネスホテルとしては普通だと思う。
