Great hotel in Beijing. It is easy accesible with metro as the station is 20 meter from the entrance. The room is big with Great View. Friendly staff. Also easy accesible to the AirPort as you can take metro 1 stop and then transfer to Capital AirPort Express. Thank you for the stay.

Location is not correct , 10 mins walk luggage from AirPort Express train is a long walk with zero directions .Also note no elevator at translation.Try to order room service as declined charge to room and insisted on payment .

The whole property is slightly archaic, old furnishings and dated decor. But the room is fine with all amenities provided (kettle, shampoo etc). There was an issue with the air-conditioner and the staff did try to help by giving us an electric fan. There is a subway station right outside the hotel which is very convenient for getting around the city.

The hotel is extremely hard to locate and the address that Expedia has is not correct when entering into Google Maps etc Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff including housekeeping were extremely helpful and friendly even given the language barrier

Good deal for the money

I always stayed at the Swisshotel that is closed for renovation. This hotel is across the street and very similar. Note the reception desk is inside the Polyplaza Theatre lobby.
