Nothing bad at all to say about this place, from check in where the owner showed me the room and explained how to operate the remote control lighting and tv, also explained how operate front door. Very helpful and extremely grateful of our custom. Room was small but big enough for a night or so, bed/pillows were excellent and very clean, don’t think you need anymore. Would definitely stay at runway on my next visit to Blackpool.

Wonderful warm welcoming owner. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower. Good selection of beverage minis and a nice touch with small biscuit packs and bottled water. Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked and at a very good price. An excellent choice for a couple of night's stay.

Yvonne, the owner of the guest house was very nice, made us feel very welcome, leant me a dog pram so i could take my dog out, was far to hot for her! Very nice lady, Her son Joe nice guy and made the absolute best breakfast! Amazing, even Coco enjoyed a sausage at breakfast time! Was the best by far, thanks guys! don't drive but was only 7-10 mins walk to beach and shops so was very handy for us, had a lovely stay would highly recommed and will definately be visiting again! Everything you could want and the friendliest host! Beautiful room with a very comfy bed, extremely spacious for Blackpool. The location is so convenient for all the attractions, whilst being quiet at night. Unusually for Blackpool, excellent Wi-Fi and TV reception too. Overall the best place we've stayed in Blackpool and fantastic value, we'll definitely come back.

We had a brilliant two nights. Room was clean and spotless. To be sincere and truthful, maybe a little paint touching up, a bit of wallpaper coming away from wall, but did not spoil our stay. Its not the Hilton, but service was better. Comfortable bed, loads of toiletries, teat, coffee, biscuits, etc. Yvonne & her son made us very very welcome and we will be back.
