"It was a nice experience got bed great hottub just great all around. The only complaint is we were told the cafe would be open daily 7 to 2. It wasn't. We were there Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning it was never open. Getting breakfast in Gatlinburg is an act of Congress you wait half your day waiting in line to get in anywhere. I was hoping the hotel would of had something and they had nothing other than that it was a great stay."

"The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was clean. However, the steam room and sauna were not working. The carpet needs a deep cleaning, and the power went out one morning."

"This hotel is in poor condition and in need of a major refurbishment. The air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off so we found sleep. The fan in the bathroom was also extremely noisy. The room decor is dated throughout and the furniture needs a major upgrade. The bed creaked with every movement. The pool was shut throughout our stay so anyone booking with children I would advise to check. On the positive side, the location is great, right in the heart of the town and amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful and the parking is brilliant. "
