The staff was awesome however the room was very small and badly needed updating. It was old and rather depressing. Luca, Bianca, Victoria and ILaura were terrific! The staff is the reason people come back. Very clean and the breakfast was adequate. (Not a lot of choices) The location is great. Very close to many must see attractions. Easy walk to the Vatican.

Staff are really pleasant and accommodating. Especially, Frederick, Andrea and Emma. Staff in the restaurant Follie, Mario and Marco provided exceptional service throughout the evening. Also, staff during breakfast were very friendly.

Hotel was beautiful and the mama XL room was perfect and spacious for our family’s needs. The restaurant was beautiful and food was delicious. The staff was amazing as well! All so friendly and kind. Will definitely stay here again!
