“The name "BQ House Trevi Luxury Rooms" is highly misleading. While they don’t call themselves a hotel, the word "Luxury" sets expectations for high-end comfort that this property does not meet. Instead, the room is exceptionally small, minimalist, lacks basic amenities, and experiences noticeable street noise. Furthermore, breakfast requires an additional fee rather than being standard for a property under this branding. While the rates are premium, the actual accommodations fall completely...

“간판이나 이정표가 전혀 없어서 외부에서는 전혀 위치를 알 수가 없는데, 오후 3시 이전이 도착했음에도 사람이 없어서 30분을 기다림. 전반적으로 평균적인 방이었지만, 주변이 밤 늦게까지 너무나 시끄럽고 큰 길가의 차량 소음도 전혀 방음이 되지 않음. 매일 해 주는 룸 클리닝에는 전혀 불만이 없지만 수건을 이틀에 한번씩 공급하며, 입구 건너편에 있는 리셉션에는 사람이 없는 경우도 많아서 무언가 요구 사한 전달이나 관광지 문의 등의 서비스를 기대하기는 어려움. 냉장고, 에어컨, 커피포트, 금고, 옷장이 있으며, 옷장 내에 냉장고과 금고가 있어서 실질적인 사용은 어려움.”
