“Room had signs of water damage on furniture”

“락스를 많이 사용해서 특유의 냄새가 많이 났어요”

“I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair...

“We should have went else where after being moved 3 times because the rooms were not functional. Wasn't helpful or friendly.”

“The hot water, shower head, and air conditioning were fine. The second night I killed a cockroach and noticed what I would say look to be a slug (slimy fat looking worm).”

“Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic!”

“Very nice facilities and room, and very comfortable bed! Great location!”

“This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old.”

“The bed where comfortable and shower was great pressure and hot water”

“All the juices in dispenser were empty (putting out water) and we were the second group for breakfast. The toaster did not work and the milk in the metal container had a funny taste to it. Stains on the bed spreads and the linens were stained as well. Dirt on the bathroom floor and the toilet looked as if it was about five years old or older. Due to the property having smoking stations, unfortunately one was next to our room, three individuals chose to smoke, talk and laugh for about an hour in...

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”

“The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay”
