“Tony greeted me at check in, and he was fast, funny and friendly. Helped me get valet parking taken care of. This is a big hotel with a beautiful lobby..the kind you might want to hang out in and pick up a book and read...or just sit and people watch. My room was a generous size. Two very comfortable Queen beds, a lounge chair, tv, dresser, cabinet with fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom is modern, very large, and very clean. I would love to come back and stay a little longer!. ”
"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Restaurants, convenience stores, and subway stations were close by, easy to approach on foot. Room was small but given the affordable price it was never a problem for me."
