“I came to SF for my 40th birthday for the first time and chose the Jay as it seemed stylish, well situated, and had amenities I was looking for. It didn’t disappoint. We found the bed very comfortable, they had daily housekeeping which is very rare these days, room service (also rare), a shower where there’s an actual door that closes, and a lovely hotel restaurant and lounge/cafe area which we used often to do some reading! “The location is perfect, the service is warm and friendly, and the room is spotless. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would gladly stay here again anytime.”
