Our room (#416) was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. However, we were unable to lower the temperature so it was uncomfortable. The worse part about this room was the AC/ Heater unit. It was extremely loud when it would turn on and would wake us up. This happened about every 10 minutes, ALL night long. We got no sleep. I was disappointed since the hotel was nice and convenient for our stay.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Nice room, clean and stocked -- even had a hair dryer (unlike my Ceasar's room a few weeks ago!)
The only issue was that on Saturday, most of the elevators did not work :( At one point, we waited 15 minutes for an elevator -- not good!
Biggest problem was when my voucher tore off in the machine and it took 45 minutes to fix problem -- really not good!!!!!
