"When we arrived to the room, the toilet was not flushed and there was poop in it. We flushed it and called the front office to come and clean the bathroom. They were not well organized and it took over an hour for a technician to show up and realized we need it someone to clean the bathroom. Almost 2 hours after the 1st call to the front office 2 cleaning ladies came and said the toilet was not working. After almost 3 hours dealing with the issue we requested to get another room as it was already passed 1am. They never offered another room, we needed to request it and they gave us a new room after our complaint. Pretty sad, frustrating and disgusting situation."

"New rooms, comfortable beds, and good pillows. Everything was clean inside and smelled fresh. There is a laundry room, a gym, and a swimming pool. The breakfast was standard: eggs, yogurt, bagels, and fruit. The only issue was that the hot water at the beverage station was only lukewarm and had a coffee taste, so we weren’t able to enjoy a cup of tea. Parking costs $20 per day, which is a significant downside in my opinion."

"Paid $160nfor one night and they gave me a room that was by the elevators so could barely sleep it was a loud and rumbling toom all night even w/earplugs. The view outside was of some industrial piping crap. Hair on the mattress, nasty dusty weird crap on the bed, furniture, tables. Greasy fingerprints or whatever it was on the table tops. My stay sucked. The only redemption were the bell hops whom I tipped well. "

"All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. We only stayed one night and I have to say due to all the smoking in the building I was surprised our room which was non smoking was great . I didn’t smell any smoke at all. Needless to stay they try to mask the smell in the lobby level with cleaning products . This isn’t a fault with TI, smoking is allowed most hotels. Free parking also great bonus. Of course the hotel is dated but well maintained and we really enjoyed the pool."
