"Overall underwhelming stay. Tried to call front desk multiple for a question and then again for another guest yelling in the hallway at 3am, but couldn't reach anyone. Breakfast- cold biscuits & gravy, only 1 waffle iron, and no drink options except water or coffee. Not even lids for the coffee to bring back to your room without spilling. Shower had a fancy shower head, but didn't function well & drain couldn't keep up with the amount of water coming out. Bathroom vent also couldn't keep up with the shower leaving the room very wet & humid for our 1 night stay."

"Cannot beat the price we paid. It can easily offset a few minor negatives that we experienced. Find the place and parking was breeze plus, on top of that, staffs are great. We missed the free breakfast though. As the hair dryer did not work and we could not find the steam iron, there were a few things we could not do during our stay. Nonetheless, the bed was firm (great for us) and table and chairs were good for two people to eat together. Only wish there were more AC outlets so that we could charge all gadgets simultaneously. Even it was close to main interstate, the room was very quiet to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much for all of your effort!!"

"Old hotel. Very dark & creepy. Reminded me of the shining movie. Bar & resturant closed very. Staff was not ver accommodating. Room needs painting."

"There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. After complaining and not being addressed, had to go to another hotel. Asked for a refund, called Expedia. Expedia couldn't get anyone to take their call. Was place on hold and left there. I asked for management number and Alfredo didn't want to give it to me. I asked 4 times and was asked to call Hotel. I now know why, to blow you off. Put you on hold and leave you there until you get tired of holding. I will never rent at this hotel ever again. Very disappointing."
