"Unprofessional staff do not help the hotel guests at all. The location is very far and it is very difficult and expensive to get there. My room was opened for cleaning but the bathroom and toilet were completely dirty. Even one star is too much. Very disappointing"

"If I could I would give Urban Hive - Milan 10 stars! The service was excellent. The breakfast was the best “continental” breakfast I have ever had. The location is perfect; we walked to almost all major sites and areas of town.
