โGreat stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice older Hotel. Water pressure in the shower could be better but other than that, our stay was nice. โ
โOne of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.โ
โpros:
- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so itโs convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy,...
โThe bed was quite comfortable and big. While they didnโt have a continental breakfast. They gave out bags with water, fruit and a snack bar. Would recommend this hotel for something off the beaten path. Not very expensive โ
โGreat location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I donโt know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction soundsโฆand occassionally some passer-byโs shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. Although I lost my card due to my carelessness, overall a...
โBest Lynnwood was really nice! It was what youโd expect from a motor inn, not too flashy and only the essentials but I had a good time! They kept our room and the common areas impeccably clean, front desk and housekeeping were kind to us, and the modest breakfast was a good way to start the day. I was in town for Sketcherfest so it was nice to just plan out our day over some coffee and toast and then head out. Thereโs a lot of restaurants within walking distance and shopping centers in either...
โGated property was nice to see. I don't have anything bad to say about the motel itself but surrounding areas have a lot of homeless just like everywhere else now days.โ

- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor wonโt make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I donโt understand her attitude. To add, they didnโt change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
