We are always on the lookout for whales and this location was perfect. We spotted about 20 separate humpback whales at different times including a few mothers with active, entertaining calves. “Wonderful stay at the log cabin. Not much around, but you can walk to the lake, but the room was comfortable and the staff went out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The road is close by, but we didn't hear it.”

A lovely breakfast was included, which made it a very good value. The host, Lili was warm and welcoming.
