“This hotel exlent i did not find anything wrong with this hotel the staff and the food is the best I have had all was hot and exlent the housekeeping is exlent please I will be going back soon as I have appointment to go this hotel is the best in Walsall wood please use it as carport is nice and big”

“Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious.”

“The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay.”

“The location is very handy if looking for a short stay near the M6. The hotel is reasonably large and caters for casual visitors as well as hotel guys given it's location next to water. Accordingly, the bar areas can be quite busy. The rooms were clean, a decent size and the beds extremely large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented and the service attentive without being intrusive. The Hotel prices were higher than some but still felt it was reasonable value...
