“Good location, kind staffs, and spacious room. Highly recommended.”

“Was a perfect place for a quick turnaround in Brussels.”

“Good quality breakfast”

“Breakfast was great, but the hotel's design concept was confusing and a bit chaotic. There were also no basic amenities like a bathrobe or disposable slippers, which felt more like a 3-star experience. They only provided one complimentary water bottle instead of the usual two, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff weren't particularly professional or warm — not sure if that's just a European thing. Overall, next time I'll probably stick to a major chain like Hilton or Marriott.”

“The back alley where the hotel is located, seems sketchy but was safe overall. Located close to subway station and 10 min walk to city centre, it’s a good place to stay for budget travellers.”

“After an awful check-in (they use a machine that requires a QR code that I was not sent by Expedia) the rest of the stay went fine. The place has clearly tried hard to make ecological choices. Room was warm, clean and a reasonable size. Area is at the edge of a dodgy bit of Brussels so take care.”
