"Everything was great. The only thing I can only complain about it is that the AC in my room wasn’t working. I went there to her surgery and I put the Hilton because he has a very good reputation and is supposed to be comfortable however the AC in my room was broken. I have to call the people to fix it a couple of times. It’s not the conditions I want to be when you are going to surgery and you just wanna chill and recover room temperature was sometimes 28°. I was swearing it was very uncomfortable. You definitely don’t fly 12 hours to get surgery and chill in a room that is 28°."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"

"10/10 - Lifelong customer from now on. We arrived at around 6 am tired from the flight and dreading having to wait until check-in time. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and checked us in immediately. They even upgraded us to a room with a terrace view which was stunning, with views over the beautiful hills of Istanbul on one side and the bosphorus on the other. We had a higher floor so out view was exceptional. Very friendly staff who seemed genuinely delighted to help. Spa also included (except for massages) although we didn't use it."

"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. Hotel staff are the core of services and they need much better training."
