"I stayed at the Ameristar East Chicago for 21 nights over 11 stays in fall 2025, travelling for business. It doesn't have everything (breakfast) and is in an odd location. But it was half or less than hotels in Hyde Park, had free parking, big rooms, was always clean and quiet, and the front desk staff was awesome. Shout out to Danica, who was not only a joy but who directed me to the rooms with the best wifi."

"The stay was great. One of the evenings there was a rather large spill in the elevator. I mentioned it to the desk agent and it was cleaned up instantly. It was just a real smooth experience from start to finish. There’s a small mall across the road if you need anything. "

"What stood out is that the next Morning my Car Battery was Dead and The Maintenance Guy Helped me with A Jumpstart and Great Hospitality was from everyone that works there that I had an interaction with !!! Definitely will recommend and Stay Again "
