“This property is amazing. The staff is helpful, respectful and goes out of their way to help you. The room is huge, clean and full of amenities. The property is has an amazing view. Loved the included breakfast. This is a five-star review. One thing that I would suggest is if the guest leaves early and breakfast is not ready, they should have at least a sandwich and coffee, this would have made it a 6 out of 5 star property 👏. “Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful setting up tours and getting a trike they also rent motorbikes. Place was clean and a nice pool for gotta days. Breakfast was good too. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars, about 10 minutes.”

“We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P
