“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“무엇보다 위치가 좋다. 호텔이 아르마스 광장에 있어 대성당 등 쿠스코 시내의 유적지와 가깝다. 오래된 건물의 내부를 리모델링한 현대식 내부이다. 시설이 아주 좋다. 2층의 까페에서는 아침을 먹고 다른 시간에는 커피나 차, 술을 마시거나 식사를 할 수 있는데 특히 전망이 매우 좋다. 침대는 편안하고 방에 이동식 히터도 비치되어 있다. 방과 화장실은 깨끗하다. 직원들도 친절하다. 프런트의 직원은 영어도 잘 한다.”

“12각돌과 아마르광장에서 가까운 거리의 호텔, 하지만 복층 방 중에 1층이 침대하나로 가득찰 정도로 너무 좁았고 여행을 왔던 6월 밤에는 핫팩을 침대에 깔아놓고 자야할 정도로 난방이 되지 않아 추위에 떨어야 했습니다. 너무 추워서 2층은 사용할 엄두가 나지 않았고 야경을 볼때만 잠깐 올라가서 볼 뿐이었습니다. 다시 쿠스코에 방문한다면 다른 숙박을 이용할것같습니다.”
