"Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms although a bit on the small side. Breakfast great. Didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on that. Lovely to sit outside with a cold beer overlooking the beach and sea. I would 100% stay again."

"The hotel was lovely and homely. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the lounges helped us relax after a long drive. The breakfast was a particular highlight with a fabulous menu and ours was excellently cooked to order. We'd highly recommend the Broadmead and would love to stay again."

"It’s an old property with limited amenities. But it’s well kept and clean. Price is on higher side based on what they offer. Food at restaurants and breakfast are very good. So don’t go out for food if you are staying here."

"The hotel is fabulous; beautiful decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff/owners, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price and at a great location in Milford Haven (above the port, just a street down from the high street, with a beautiful promenade walk right out front of the hotel). We were only here for 1 night as a stopover after a day at Skomer Island before we headed off to Cardiff for a hen do and it was perfect, exactly what we needed, as it was just a short drive from Martins haven (~25mins). We would definitely stay here again in the future. It is also just a short car journey to Tenby from here (~35 mins) making it an ideal spot for a good night's sleep in-between two amazing spots in Wales!"

"This hotel is very remote, so the restaurant is essential for the stay I had stayed here recently and recommended to my wife that we should stay this time I sent an email 4 days before our visit to reserve a table for 7pm on the night of our stay - no confirmation came back We arrived and checked in at 6pm -to be told that the restaurant is closed and that the chef had been unwell since 4pm If the hotel had called us we would have gone to a restaurant during our 3 hour journey before arriving at the hotel I hope that the chef has now recovered and well - I could not believe that there was no offer of some food on the premises - it is a very remote location, surely some pizzas/crisp/chips, maybe a microwaved lasagne for example would have been a good and fair offer - Nothing , so we had to drive 8 miles to Narberth to find some food and then drive back for a nightcap as the bar would only be open up to 9pm We arrived back at 8.04pm to have a drink before retiring our room but the young ladies were locking up , wouldn'tand drove home I think they could have at served us a bottle of wine and 2 glasses to take to our room and we could settle in the morning - as our credit card details were at reception We have had no apology / no future discount offered due to these circumstances - so I can assure you I won't choose to stay at this hotel or recommending it is Such a shame as I liked it the first time a few weeks ago and re booked so that my wife could enjoy with me"

"We had a warm welcome, good information upon arrival and we paid a very enjoyable visit to the indoor pool and spa. The lady in the spa was very helpful and did not put any pressure on us to leave though it was the last hour. Disappointed we could not wear flip flops into pool area - always afraid of slipping, Pool and jacuzzi excellent and very clean.. Good variety of food at dinner and reasonably priced. Lovely comfy room , a little dated but very comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall very good value"
