to start off thank you to Abdiel , the first interaction i had very helpful explained everything clearly and throughly. Every staff member i came across super welcoming and friendly and nice !! room was great environment was great . came to celebrate my birthday in Mexico and they reminded almost everyday I appreciate temptation and there staff very much !! Thank you !

Very clean beautiful rooms, pool bar staff was amazing! Francesco was the best he attended us daily. Pool volley ball was so much fun and the foam party is a must!

I truly can’t put into words how incredible this place is. Of course it was absolutely beautiful with amazing food, but it was the staff that set it above all others. Everybody was caring and attentive from the moment we checked in. Our room was always freshened up (we loved the turn down service) and were always greeted with a smile and hand on heart. A huge shout out to the entire entertainment team who kept my friends and I laughing and vibing the entire time, rain or shine, day and night! Corinna, Ethan, Ernesto, Carols, Marianna, Euriel (aka Brunitooo) and Daniel. Thank you all, miss you already. Xo PS be on the lookout for my application

The bar was stocked well. The staff were incredible. Our balcony had a beautiful view. The bed was super comfortable. The food was delicious.

The resort was great, room was fantastic. Caution about the $200 resort credit.The Expedia listing is deceiving. There are limitations such as $10 off a full price wine bottle, $40 off regular priced spa service. Great buffet at the Market Cafe. Nice sit down places near the pool with ocean views (Seaside Grill and Oceana). Fine dining choices in the evening include Himitsu (Japanese), Bordeaux (French)(long wait at times), Portofino (Italian) and El Patio (Mexican). All of the restaurants were fantastic & no resy needed. (Hibachi at Himitsu needs a resy due to limited seating). There are plenty of events during the day that are free. We decided to just hang out at the pool most of the time. The concierges are at every building, and communicate through WhatsApp if you need anything. The staff does go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. The reason I did not rate it 5 is because I did not sleep well at night due 2 the bed & pillows. It was just not comfortable for me. I still prefer the beds and pillows at a JW Marriott. The resort grounds are immaculate! Pools are sparkling clean. Beaches are pristine, smooth white sand that feels like flour on your feet. They have exercise classes, free paddle boarding & kayaking outings and bike ride through the local town. If U take the Wyndham "timeshare" pres, it's about 2hours for $200 credit towards your hotel bill. The survey lady was rude. Just keep saying No until they give you all the bells/whistles.
