We paid £22 for 2 air con beds, and explored Campeche from there. Great place to lay your head. Cab or drive into town.

The pool was dirty, they had construction going on all day, you had to go to the reception to ask to clean your room. Internet reception was awful, no TV reception...all &all a waste of your money.

El personal fue muy amable. La habitación está amplia y confortable, los dos inconvenientes que tiene es 1) el apagador del baño que se encuentra atrás de la puerta del mismo y es incómodo encender la luz al entrar al baño, y 2) la habitación solo tiene un enchufe que se encuentra al fondo

el Hotel cumple con lo basico, respecto a relación precio, en nuestro caso, estuvimos alojados 5 noches, la ultima noche la luz se fue en el hotel, el hotel de un lado y los locales siguientes, claramente un fallo de su intalación, pero ellos no tienen ningun protocolo de accion en esos casos, no supieron que hacer, ni darnos alguna compensación, ni siquiera una botella de agua nos invitaron, asi tuvimos que dormir, con todo y que no habia luz y por lo tanto no habia A/A ni ventilador, dejaron estar a otros huespedes hasta altas horas de la madrugada bebiendo y con su musica en las areas comunes, cuando las ventanas de las habitaciones dan claramente a la alberca, se les hizo el comentario y no hicieron realmente nada, la luz llego hasta el dia siguiente a las 8am y el Hotel no tuvo la mas minima intención de ofrecer algun tipo de compensación por el problema. En las descripciones del Hotel, ofrecen estacionamiento y Valet parking pero en realidad este servicio no existe, el estacionamiento es a unos 40 metros de la propiedad y solo hay lugar para UN vehiculo, si otro huesped te gano el lugar, toca dejar el auto en la calle.

Tome la habitación por dos días y no me hicieron limpieza porque resulta que uno la tiene que solicitar. La limpieza se hace todos los días en cualquier hotel

Hotel con ubicación cercana al centro, el estacionamiento no es grande, es una casa con un garage y solo entran 2 carros. La habitación estaba grande y espaciosa, sin embargo, la regadera fue una pesadilla debido a que tienen una bomba neumática y tiene más presión que la que soporta las llaves, por lo cuál empieza a hacer un ruido muy fuerte si no abres bastante la llave, generando un despertador de agua

No quisieron respetar la tarifa que contratamos a través de la app de Expedia; alegando que los dos menores que nos acompañaban, y que en la app marqué con edades de 12 y 17 años, para ellos ya pasaban como adultos. Sus politicas de menores aplican solo de 10 años hacia abajo. Si no están dispuestos a respetar los precios de oferta que las plataformas digitales lanzan; mejor que no se metan a plataformas.
