โWe met some of the male waiters at World cafe and they were so-oh helpful and efficient. I would like to commend them. I wish I could recall all their names, but one was Oswaldo. We also had a female housekeeper that always kept our room in tip top shape - Room 534. We were so appreciative and tipped them for their excellent service! We had such a great time during our stay and plan to revisit next year. Loved this hotel, the food, the service all noteworthy! Loved the buffet - vast selections...
โWe chose the all inclusive and it really is. Including items from the mini bar (where most hotels try to rip you off!) Food, service, location from the beach, and the pool were all perfect. Our concierge was very helpful, and it seems like the staff is always on duty. I wouldn't change a thing about this place and will definitely be returning.โ
