Cancun, Quintana Roo hotel rooms at the Emporio Hotels & Resorts

"Impossible to find poolside chairs, any seats by the pools. People are reserving them by going at 7am and leaving personal items. Nice resort but not my best experience. Also no lounges for customers when you check out from the room, our flight was in the late afternoon. "

"This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"The rooms, hotel, and grounds are immaculate. The beach is nice and people try hard to get pool loungers, go sit out by the beach, the sand is great and RIU keeps it clean."

"I loved most every thing about this resort. Workers are amazing, from bartenders to food servers and watching their cleaners was actually a treat!! They all worked hard and most importantly in a +ve nature. They remembered you from the 1st drink you ordered from them, amazing."

"Just wanted to say we stayed in this resort last week for 4 nights and 5 days and the full stay was just WOW… The resort was wonderful, buffet restaurants- food was really good, all the staffs were very friendly and always available if needed, we had extra dinner restaurants which we could try, kids outdoor play area, indoor play area, kids water parks and our pool and the beach - was just awesome .. Only few things to share 1. Don’t book taxy via the resort -3 times expensive, get uber from airport -17 min drive from airport 2. Get usd or pesos for tip and other purposes"
