“My only thought is they should have let the renters know there's no bathroom door and so for toileting purposes and showering purposes there is no privacy.”

“Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT.”

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....
