"When we arrived there’s no one in the villa, we just went into the villa as the door was not locked. But there’s no one there so we look every where to find the staff. Luckily there were 2 ladies cleaning the other areas but they said their office didn’t inform them there’s guest coming that period. I showed them my voucher and they agreed to let us stayed.
