"The front desk staff who checked me in would be better suited in the back office. Suggest soft human skills training. The location is convenient and safe. But why offer coffee filters when there is no coffee machine in sight!? I would consider returning, maybe."

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. In walking distance to most restaurants. If you want to go to the water front you will have to drive. Valet is a little pricey at $70.00 dollars a day. To cold to use the pool so I could not give an opinion on it."

"Okay, let’s get down to business. They have towers, I had no idea but they give directions to each one and the tower and parking were super duper easy to find. If you get tower 3, I swear to all things holy with parking don’t try to turn out of the entrance/exit closest to the booth, take the longer way, it’s so much easier for a turn radius and you’re not backing up and trying to turn to get out. My remote in my room was dead, and I will say, it took me calling the booths about 5-6 times before I finally got an answer but the ginger man (sorry I can’t remember his name) came up and was super sweet. He stayed outside my room and waited till I checked to see if it worked (it was like 10:30 at this point). He was so so sweet and when I couldn’t get it working we traded spots and I held the door so he could come in, and he inspected the remote and my whole TV and got everything working and running for me. I stayed for 3 days & 2 nights, and if I’m going to be honest I never heard nothing about there being a breakfast. There’s plenty of amazing food spots around the area and honestly didn’t even think anything about it until I got back home and realized I had spent money for breakfast lol. Great vibe and very clean overall. Not all rooms have closets or suit case stands, ours had neither, and it was very disappointing as I expected to at leasttt have one or the other with two ppl. Everyone is pretty nice there, but if I had to give an overall rating I’d probably give them a 7/10."

"Firefly dinner was great! Loved the lobster mac & cheese and calamari! Salmon and coconut rice was very tasteful! I loved the hospitality and everyone there was very friendly! I loved this resort!"
