"BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! all of the staff was great, parking was super easy, our room was spacious and smelt clean.. and was clean! there’s so much to do in the area, as well as many restaurants. bars, lounges, etc. the only thing that would make this hotel even BETTER, would be a pool! besides that, no complaints. can’t wait to come back!"

"It seems dated (carpeting) but clean. The biggest issue I had was there was a small yappy dog somewhere on our floor and he never shut up. I reported it to the front desk and they sent someone to check it out. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and relaxing. We walked to our appointment and we were very safe in the neighborhood. Valet was terrific taking good care of the car bringing it back abd being helpful loading the car. We have stayed here before and at checkin the clerk recognized us. That made me feel appreciated as member of the rewards p program ."

"The Inn on Negley was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean, with attention to every detail—even behind the furniture and the remote controls were cleaned and placed in a cloth bag. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful with recommendations for the area. The inn is just a two-block walk from a great selection of restaurants, shops, and a beautiful park, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the wine happy hour was a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend The Inn on Negley and would definitely stay there again!"

"Our room had an incredibly comfy L-shaped couch and a round table and a small desk with desk chair and a little island with one stool, so lots of seating and eating options. The kitchenette was very functional (large fridge, two electric burners, sink, pots and pans, dishes, etc.). The bathroom was also good and had shelves to put your stuff on, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately there was a spot of mold on the wall above the sink and a little in the shower (but we ignored it). The closet and dresser setup was great as well (real hangers, not those stupid ones that are permanently attached to the rail). I didn't like that there was no real housekeeping service from day to day -- they will give you new towels but will not make your bed (even with the same sheets) or give you new soap. On the night we arrived our body wash pump was empty and we had to request a fresh one from the desk; they did not refill the one in the shower while we were there. The pool was on the small side but a nice amenity if you could catch it empty. The gym was tight and could have used more space for weights -- and additional bench and/or a few dedicated weight machines would be a very helpful upgrade, but there was no extra space. Breakfast was tasty (I loved the add-ins for the cereal!) and the whole breakfast area was clean and well-maintained."

"After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. The food however, left much to be desired and the cleanliness was fine but not comforting eg. dust and grime in corners, dirty cutlery, and the windows were noticeably unkept."
