"No balcony . The bathroom sink was clogged . Front door did not lock. Balcony furniture was in the living room. Wifi did not work."

"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs. Parking garage is definitely tight for parking. "

"Great location and very quiet property. Room was nice and perfect for the time we were there. Only issue was the water pressure wasn’t very well and took a little to get a decent hot water for a shower. "

"Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. "

"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "
