“It’s a very nice place, very nice owner. Very accommodating.”

“저녁에 도착했는데.. 체크인 직원이 없어서 당황했어요. 인터넷인 안되고 통화 인테나도 없었거든요 ㅠ. 다행이 좀 나오니 통화가 연결되어 잘 입실했어요 숙소는 가족이 머물기에 부족함이 없었습니다”

“All was great”

“Wonderful stay at this location! Very clean and peaceful. Greeted at the front desk by a friendly young lady. Rooms were updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a separate section with a microwave and good size fridge. Bathroom was also clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working, Sharon, was so kind and kept everything super clean and breakfast items stacked. Really nice courtyard. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The property is not well maintained. It really needs a lick of paint and a good clean. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and kind, but the property is quite run down and needs a bit of work. Flaking paint and dirt on the internal doors to name a few areas. Also, be aware, the property is on the main road through Apalachicola and so there’s loud traffic noise throughout the night.”

“Bed was very noisy. I was told since I was using Expedia or the like, I would be charged an extra $100 for incidental costs. However, it was three separate $100 holds. Still had to pay for parking +room. Although, said I would get a parking pass with room purchase. That was just to keep from getting towed though. Truthfully though, it was worth the stay in a pinch.”

“We were disappointed with the property and our room. We were scheduled to stay two nights and checked out after one night because of how old, dirty and run down our room was. We were told we would get a refund for the second night but can’t get them to issue our refund. Terrible experience.”

“Rooms and building were nice. Great location. However, the hot water in room was not hot. Luke warm at best. We were there for 3 nights and only received 1 towel per person. No daily cleaning service that gives you more. There was only part of a toilet paper roll in room. No additional ones. Did not know that until we ran out. There was no blow dryer or iron in room. They need to do better.”

“Hotel correct”
