"The stay was good except for toilet leaking near the base and when checking out I had to request my 50% off parking after confirming when checking in. This is the second time staying here that they didn’t want to originally honor the 1/2 off. Then we were stuck at the exit gate for 15 minutes because their room key exit didn’t work. We had a great stay until the last 20 minutes. "

"What an incredible resort! The location is perfect, right on the lake feels like in the most remote area yet minutes from everything. The shuttle can take you anywhere within the area. The resort and grounds itself is spectacular. I’ve never experienced such a 5 star caliber resort that caters to families/children. So many activities and things to do on the grounds. The rooms are very spacious! The beds and pillows are a bit hard but that would be the only thing. 10/10 would absolutely come back and stay longer! "
