“If you reserve through expedia they will want to take your credit card information on arrival or they wont let you check in. Very inconvenient silly rule. Also someone went into my room at 8:30am without knocking. When brought this up to the front desk they laugh about it. Also the staff screaming around the property since 7am woke me up”

“Nice and thoughtful staff. Room was fine, though leaving your key in the slot for power was not intuitive. ”

“The grounds are well kept- a tropical paradise- and the building is beautiful. The food was also very good- lots of choices at the buffet. However, a large rowdy group arrived and music was blasting in the common areas which broke the magic of being in a remote rainforest. We are happy we had two good days before the noise began. Other guests were also disappointed with the sudden change in vibe. It is certainly not advertised as a “party hotel”. ”

“Expedia has the location of this hotel right by the airport. It's actually 15-20 minutes away, in downtown Panama City. Nice place though. ”
