“Was greeted by a very nice gentleman. The room felt muggy. Needs some updating and paint. We did not have any soap in the shower or by the sink to wash our hands. We went to a concert that night and got back around midnight. Not only did a different young man not acknowledge us when we walked in, he looked very annoyed that we attempted pleasantries with him as we walked by. He did not say a word to us. Only looked bothered. The next morning we realized there were no coffee cups in the room.”

“The dryer didnt dry. You check yourself in on at the desk on a tablet then someone will come and help you as your trying to hold luggage etc so may want to leave all in car. And dont plan on getting uninterrupted sleep because you will probably get woken up by the workers that I am pretty sure reside there around 2-3am laughing or yelling it goes from one extreme to the next. All while during the day one housekeeper tries to clean and manage everything. And your key doesnt work half of the time....

“We were in town for my Mother-in-laws funeral and needed a room for one night. The room was musty smelling even though the AC was running. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed very well and felt nasty on feet, lamp shades are dirty. Also part of bed thin wood cover gone. The breakfast was your basic. Could choose biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs,waffles,hard-boiled eggs,yogurt, and dry cereal. Toast or muffins as well. This hotel is close to Pizza Ranch, Mexican restaurant,...

“Crappy service and refused to do anything to help me when I needed to cancel due to weather. 10/10 do not recommend!”

“The hot tub is broke….there is no game room we actually saw a cot in that room with beer bottles. The sheets were also dirty. There was a party downstairs and the people were so loud at night outside our room.”
