"The location was good for walking downtown close to the Ball Arena and Coors field. Breakfast was a plus saved money not having to buy one meal a day while we were there. Only thing was the ice bucket in our room was not cleaned and had hidden trash in it which was gross. Staff helped immediately and found us another bucket and put ice it in for us before bringing it to our room. Would also prefer to be able to control the room temperature ourselves instead of calling down to adjust, it was getting a little hot but we ended up leaving the room for the day so we just left it alone. Would stay again in the future."

"This property has some standout positives, especially its stunning mountain views and a layout that works well for families with teenagers—spacious without feeling disconnected. It’s the kind of place where you can easily relax and enjoy the scenery. However, several issues detract from the overall experience. The couch, while visually appealing, isn’t very comfortable for lounging. The outdoor pool was closed for the season, which wasn’t a major issue, but the loosely secured cover could be a safety concern, particularly for kids. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. It appeared unclean, with brown algae and a lukewarm temperature, making it unusable—especially frustrating after a long drive when it was meant to be a key feature. Noise was another significant drawback. A generator under the deck emitted a constant high-pitched sound until around midnight. Late-night disturbances from upstairs neighbors—heavy footsteps and noise—continued into the early morning hours. Attempts to contact after-hours maintenance were unsuccessful, adding to the frustration. In summary, while the property offers beautiful views and a solid layout, maintenance issues, noise disruptions, and lack of responsiveness impacted the stay. With better upkeep and management, it could be a much more enjoyable experience."

"Although pricy, well worth the convenience to just walk from the terminal to the hotel. The most comfortable bed in which I’ve ever slept, and the most comfortable desk chair! Note that check out is at 11, not 12 as indicated online. That was my only disappointment"
