“I booked this hotel to visit with friends who were also from out of town and so my husband could enjoy the hot tub. It was very good!”

But I found out this morning they have makeup mirrors in the canteen, so problem solved! Well appointed, large room. I loved it!”

We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
