"Staff were kind and helpful. Called several days in advance to ensure waterpark was open. I was informed the kiddie area was closed. When I arrived, they stated the large water area was closed. A practice drill was conducted without advance noticed, resulting in the family having to rush out the room. Staff met us in the hallway, apologizing saying it’s just a drill. Another staff passing by passed us a letter warning us of the drill. Obviously it was too late; seems the letter was supposed to be passed out prior to the drill.
Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed.
Had to call on the second day for room service.
One day the pool did not have towels - we had to walk all the way back to the room (opposite side of the hotel) and grab our room towels.
Overall not the worse, but not the best."
