"Had to be transferred from room due to real bad heavy smell in room, it stuck in my mouth and throat. The new room was great except the bathtub wouldn’t drain well it filled up during shower and took while to drain. Then there was a huge roach inside the shower on our last day moving everywhere. Staff was amazing and they took care of us immediately. We got free breakfast at Sunshine Cafe due to inconvenience, it was really good. Great safe area walking distance to Universal city walk but not in the heat you might just want to uber unless you don’t mind the heat."
