"My husband and I have stayed at many of the hotels in downtown Indy, but this was a first time at Springhill Suites and our first time ever staying in a hotel with our 20-month old son. We had a king suite which was perfect for him to play and blow off steam after being cooped up in a car seat and a stroller. The location was perfect for us to walk to museums and to dinner, as well as to enjoy some time on the Indy canal. Our room had separate shower and toilet areas which made it easier and more efficient for us to get ready to go in the morning."

"Room was a very good size, wish the fridge was bigger and had a small freezer but it worked. Staff was EXCELLENT, every staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful. From the front desk to the folks running the kitchen!! Towels could be bigger and we had only 1 elevator for the week stay which was rough given all the sports teams there. Maybe switch up the breakfast, it was good but same thing every day does get old. Overall the stay was above average and the location was great. I’d stay here again!!"
