"Staff was great! Very professional! The room was always clean. Service at this hotel was excellent! I hope to stay again soon. I highly already recommended this Hotel while in New Orleans! Also, Great location! Was easy to either walk to many places and also public transportation was right down the street! So many Restaurants (including the Restaurant in the Hotel). So many shops to go shopping. I never stayed at this hotel in the past but I am very happy I chose it among so many others!"

"We stayed here last Saturday, November 1st. Upon check-in, the staff wasn’t very accommodating, which made our first impression a bit disappointing. However, we appreciated that we were transferred to a higher floor — that was a nice gesture. The room itself was decent, but we noticed there weren’t enough tissue papers or napkins provided in the bathroom. Overall, our experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of hospitality and attention to detail. "
