We loved how quiet the property was, the jacuzzi, and all the wildlife around our bungalow. The only somewhat concerning thing for me was the full glass wall in the bathroom, but I was able to work around it and find ways to have some privacy.”

“My legs are all bit up seems like they had bed bugs. The cleaning staff found some marijuana residue where I was rolling up and charged me for smoking in the room while I shared my room with my four children. They refused to take the charge off after the front desk staff agreed they saw me leave to smoke several times. I’ve stayed at several Hilton’s around the world and never had a bad experience. They need to do better.”

“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
