“- WARNING: Double charged and NO REFUND. Unresponsive management. I was double-charged for my stay at this hotel. During check-in, I was asked to pay what I thought was the city tax (taxe de séjour), but it turned out to be the full room rate again. The staff promised that the original booking app payment would be refunded within 3 to 7 days. However, it has been over a week, and I have received neither my money nor any response from the hotel. They are completely ignoring my emails and...

“Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again.”

“Older style than other ibis. ”

“The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. The elevator was too small and the layout and size of the room made it very uncomfortable. Very small and cramped. The receptionist was fine, but I had to pay the tax for the room in cash. I didn’t have a small enough bill for the receptionist to make change. I later made a purchase outside the hotel to be able to pay the tax. Small gripe, but annoying. Loved the city of...

“Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.”
