While the double room was in a smaller side, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 2 more people (genuine highlight). However, the absence of a smart TV made it impossible to access basic streaming services such as Netflix. The room has a balcony but it was left much to be desired, as it was noticeably unclean. Another genuine highlight was the warm pool and the sauna. Finally the breakfast offered was quiet...

"The dinning experience in the patio was disappointing. i waited for over 50 min to be served; had to complain to even get a waiter to bring a menu. that was the one and only meal in my four-day stay. Mercifully, INSEAD organized fabulous dinner parties and tasty luncheon. The breakfast was so disappointing and basic that I rejected it on Day 1, and skipped the rest of my stay. Forget this place."
