"The room I stayed in was smelly, and the seal for shower room door was worn out and not functional. The reception staff was inattentive and didn’t even know the street number of the hotel when I needed confirmation for Uber booking."

"This is a Japanese style hotel in Taipei. We stayed here for one night before heading to Japan Kyoto. So from hotel experience standpoint, we had a head start. Though there is a shower and tub, it is Japanese style bathroom. Very Clean but different from those in the states. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Didn’t stay here for their breakfast since there are so many great food we want to eat in Taipei for our one day layover."

New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "
